The company considered the possibilities of building a factory in the EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PBS\u2019 solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Progressive Business Solutions is the operator of the \u0160iauliai and K\u0117dainiai Free Economic Zones (FEZ). Our experts introduced the representatives of B\u00e4r Cargolift to the Lithuanian business environment and investment climate, and the advantages of our free economic zones, and the presentation encouraged B\u00e4r Cargolift to choose the \u0160iauliai Free Economic Zone in Lithuania for the construction of its factory.<\/li><li>B\u00e4r Cargolift chose between manufacturing premise rent and factory construction. PBS\u2019 experts presented arguments and calculations to B\u00e4r Cargolift which showcased why it would be worth building a factory themselves, rather than renting premises.<\/li><li>After making the decision to build a new factory in the \u0160iauliai Free Economic Zone, B\u00e4r Cargolift began seeking suitable manufacturing equipment. For the first stage of manufacturing, the company required sheet bending machines and a sheet cutting laser.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Progressive Business Solutions introduced the potential and technological capacities of Bystronic to its client, a company whose interests PBS represents in the Baltic region. After evaluating the capacities of equipment on offer by Bystronic, B\u00e4r Cargolift decided to purchase the following items from Bystronic for its \u0160iauliai factory:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bystronic sheet bending machine \u2013 Xpert Pro 150\/3100 Standard<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Bystronic Pressbrake: Xpert Pro (English)\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ySS4cA05Og4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bystronic sheet cutting laser \u2013 ByStar Fiber 3015 Dynamic Edition F4000<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Bystronic Laser Cutting System: ByStar Fiber 15 kW (English)\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/R5Y62PENSdY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e4r Cargolift is planning the next stages of developing its factory in \u0160iauliai, and Progressive Business Solutions is advising B\u00e4r Cargolift regarding the purchase of further manufacturing equipment for the continued development of the factory. For example, we are currently consulting the client regarding the purchase of a warehousing system.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to this, PBS is assisting B\u00e4r Cargolift in business development by sharing its business network contacts with B\u00e4r Cargolift. The company has already started communicating with other clients of Progressive Business Solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, PBS has an especially broad circle of contacts among manufacturing companies in Lithuania and the Baltic region, and so upon the client requesting local contractual manufacturing companies\u2019 contacts, our experts chose suitable manufacturing partners in the Baltic region, and relayed the contacts to B\u00e4r Cargolift\u2019s representatives. B\u00e4r Cargolift is currently in active negotiations with the business partners proposed by PBS. PBS has also shared its network of foreign manufacturing companies with B\u00e4r Cargolift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Managing Director and owner of B\u00e4r Cargolift Mr. Tobias B\u00e4r, BAR Baltic manufacturing facility will become the most efficient factory in tail lift production in the EU. Mr. Tobias B\u00e4r says that PBS was guiding B\u00e4r Cargolift from site selection, supply chain, partner network up to technological solutions. Despite the lockdown period, outstanding performance has been achieved.
