Last weekend in Trakai, the first stage of the Platu 25 Lithuanian Cup reminded us that sailing — much like business — is rarely about perfect conditions.
PBS Sailing Team faced several technical challenges during the regatta, forcing them to adapt quickly, stay focused, and keep pushing forward despite setbacks on the water. Finishing 10th out of 18 teams under those circumstances was not just about the result itself, but about resilience, trust, and the ability to perform when things do not go according to plan.
And maybe that’s exactly why this photo captures the weekend so well. Not the start, not the finish line, not a podium — just a moment of adjusting, fixing, and finding a way forward. Strong teams are built in the process, through adaptation and teamwork.
Proud of the PBS Sailing Team mindset, teamwork, and determination throughout the weekend.
See you at the next stage on May 16 in Trakai!
