A successful performance of PBS Sailing Team on Trakai Galvė Lake

PBS Sailing Team sailed to 7th place in the 1st round of the Platu 25 Championship at Trakai Galvė Lake last Saturday.

With 14 yachts in the competition, including our colleague Mindaugas Vasiliauskas, the crew showcased steady performance, securing rankings of 7th, 7th, 8th, 6th, and 8th across the races.
Despite several postponements due to shifting winds, the team remained in high spirits and sailed smoothly. Looking forward to the round II regatta on May 4th, we’re eagerly awaiting the arrival of new sails! Mindaugas Vasiliauskas highlighted the significance of stronger winds for improved results, even though the forecast predicts light easterly winds.
